How to run a tournament

A quick organizer guide from setup to completion on Table Tennis Tube.

When is it public? Draft is private. From Published onward the tournament page is public. In Progress shows live scores; Completed keeps final results public.

1. Draft — private setup: details, venue, contacts, events, and rules.
2. Published — public tournament page; fine-tune structure.
3. Registration Open — public can view and players can register.
4. Registration Closed — public can view; no new entries.
5. Groups Created — public groups, draws, and seeding.
6. In Progress — public live scores, standings, and brackets.
7. Completed — public final results and winners.

Before opening registration: name, date, venue, events, contacts, organization details, and registration deadline (for sanctioned events).
