FAQ

Is Table Tennis Tube free for players?

Yes. Players can browse tournaments, clubs, news, and results for free. Organizers use a free account to create and run events.

Do I need a paid plan to run a real tournament?

No. Everything we ship today is free: setup, players, groups, knockout, live scores, print, and public pages. We may add paid extras later. We have not decided what, or if.

When can I pay?

You can’t yet — there is no checkout. If you want to hear when (or if) Club / reports / circuit plans exist, join the waitlist or message us on social.

Who is this for?

Club organizers, house-league directors, open tournament hosts, academies, and anyone who wants clean draws and live results without spreadsheets.

What does Free include forever?

Free forever includes tournament creation, player registration, groups and knockout brackets, Swiss-style formats, live scoring, public share pages, the bracket playground, match-desk tools, club directory browsing, news, and watch. No credit card and no trial countdown.

Can players follow results without an account?

Yes. Once an organizer publishes an event, anyone with the link can open the public tournament page to see the draw, standings, and live scores. Accounts are for people who create or manage events.

Is this only for Canada / the GTA?

The product works for organizers anywhere. Our editorial coverage, club directory, and video channel focus heavily on Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area because that is where Table Tennis Tube started — but the software is not geo-locked.

How do I learn the full workflow before race day?

Read the free how to run a tournament guide, practice draws in the bracket playground, then create a draft event in the dashboard. Draft stays private until you publish.

Why organizers choose Free first

Most club nights and open tournaments do not need enterprise sports software. They need a reliable draw, a way for players to self-check scores, and a public page parents can open on a phone. Table Tennis Tube Free is built around that reality: start an event, add players, generate groups or knockout rounds, and share results without exporting CSVs to chat apps.

Paid plans are a later decision — maybe Club branding, extra reports, or season tools, maybe not. Until then, everything you need to run a real event is free. Join the waitlist only if you want a heads-up when that changes.

Still comparing options? Browse live and upcoming tournaments, explore clubs in the directory, or try the coin flip, raffle, and scoreboard tools with no signup.
