Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Table Tennis Tube (tabletennistube.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Table Tennis Tube provides tournament management tools, brackets, public results pages, club directory information, news/articles, watch/highlights links, and related utilities for table tennis organizers, players, clubs, and fans. Some features are free; premium features may be offered for a fee. Payments, tips, and any future Premium plan are described below.

3. Payments, Tips, and Premium

Core tournament tools are free. Players are not charged to follow public results.

Tips

You may send a voluntary tip through Stripe from the Support page. A tip helps pay hosting and operating costs. A tip is not a purchase of tournament software features unless the checkout page states that it is.

Premium

Paid plans have not been decided. We may offer optional paid extras later (for example club branding, extra reports, or season tools), but no price has been set. The Pricing page describes what is free today and whether any paid extras are available. If Premium checkout is offered, the price, currency, and billing period are the ones shown at checkout.

Fees for tips, and for Premium once charged, are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. If Premium billing is available, you can cancel at any time for future billing periods. Cancellation does not, by itself, refund a period that has already started, except where the law requires otherwise. Card payments are processed by Stripe, or by another processor named at checkout.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at info@tabletennistube.com.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms service stability, or interfere with other users.
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Do not use the service to spam, cheat in competitions, or misrepresent tournament results.

6. Tournament Management, Public Results, and Organizer Responsibility

Table Tennis Tube is a tool for organizers, clubs, and players. We are not the tournament authority, the sanctioning body, or the organizer of your event. The organizer decides entries, format, scores, and what is published.

Organizers are responsible for:

• Making sure their events comply with applicable laws, venue rules, and association or sanctioning rules
• The accuracy of scores, entries, schedules, and other event information they enter or publish
• Having authority to publish participant names, scores, and other results on public tournament pages
• How the event is run, including conduct, eligibility, and on-site disputes

Participants must behave respectfully and sportsmanlike. Harassment, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal from events or suspension from the platform. Public tournament pages, brackets, and scores may be visible to anyone with the link or via search engines when published.

To the extent permitted by law, organizers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Table Tennis Tube and its operators from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of the organizer’s events, entries, scores, or other content, including claims that the organizer lacked authority to publish participant information.

7. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Table Tennis Tube a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service (for example public tournament pages, news, and club listings). You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.

8. Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints

The Table Tennis Tube name, branding, software, and site design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the platform except as allowed by law or written permission.

If you believe content on the site infringes a copyright or other intellectual property right, email info@tabletennistube.com with:

• The URL of the material
• A description of the work and why you believe the use is a problem
• Your name and a way to contact you
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law

We may remove or disable the content and may suspend the accounts involved. We may also ask for more detail before we act.

9. Advertising

The free service may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. Ad content is provided by third parties; we are not responsible for advertiser products or claims. See our Privacy Policy for cookie and ad choices.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free brackets, or that tournament outcomes will be free of organizer mistakes. Always verify critical event details with the organizer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Table Tennis Tube and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, harmed other users, or created legal or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your location require otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
