You can unsubscribe at any time. Email info@tabletennistube.com from the address you want removed, or include that address in your message, and we will stop marketing emails to it.

Messages about your account, a tournament you are in, security, or a request you sent us are separate from marketing. We may still send those when they are needed to operate the service.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us host, operate, email, analyze, or secure the service
  • Tournament organizers and participants when needed for legitimate event management and public results
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Google (see Advertising and AdSense below)
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service

7. Advertising, Google AdSense, and Cookies

Table Tennis Tube uses Google AdSense and may use other advertising or analytics technologies to support the free parts of the site.

  • Third parties, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide ads, measure ad performance, and personalize content.
  • Google may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings and can learn more at Google Advertising Policies.
  • You can also visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at optout.networkadvertising.org.
  • In Canada, you can use the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada tools at youradchoices.ca; in the United States, see aboutads.info/choices.
  • Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • We may use essential cookies for login/session security and preferences, analytics cookies to understand traffic, and advertising cookies for AdSense and similar partners.
  • You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where shown, our on-site cookie preference banner (Accept All / Necessary Only).

Blocking some cookies may affect site features (for example staying signed in).

8. Cookie Categories

  • Necessary: authentication, security, load balancing, and basic preferences required to run the site.
  • Analytics: aggregate traffic and feature usage to improve the product (only when allowed by your consent choice where applicable).
  • Advertising / marketing: Google AdSense and related ad delivery, frequency capping, and measurement (only when allowed by your consent choice where applicable).

9. Data Security and Retention

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We retain account and tournament data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of account data subject to legal and operational limits (for example historical public match results may remain for integrity of past events).

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, privacy laws may give you rights over your personal information. In Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and provincial privacy rules where they apply, may give you the right to access and correct personal information and to challenge how we handle it. If the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you, the rights below are available where applicable.

You may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies/ads where processing is based on consent

To exercise these rights, email info@tabletennistube.com.

11. Youth, Children, and Public Results

Accounts on Table Tennis Tube are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect account information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data for an account, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Organizers of club events may publish player names and scores on public tournament pages. Those pages can be opened by anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines.

A parent or guardian can email info@tabletennistube.com to request removal or correction of a youth player’s personal information where that is reasonable. Historical public results may need to stay available so the record of a past event stays accurate and complete.

12. International Transfers

We and our providers may process data in Canada, the United States, and other countries where our hosting, analytics, or advertising partners operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

13. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to clubs, social networks, YouTube, partner shops, and other external sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
